These Terms of Sale ("Agreement") govern your purchase of any courses ("Courses") offered by Motherhood + Memories ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing your purchase and affirmatively accepting these Terms of Sale at checkout, you ("Student," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Course Enrollment and Access
Eligibility: This Course is designed for personal, non-commercial use by individuals learning DIY photography.
Access Grant: Upon successful payment or processing of your initial payment plan installment, you receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the online Course materials.
Account Security: You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access the Course under your account.
Fees and Payment Plans
Pricing: The total cost of the Course is specified at the time of checkout.
12-Month Payment Plan: If you select the payment plan option, you authorize Motherhood + Memories to automatically charge your chosen payment method every 30 days for a total of twelve(12) consecutive monthly payments.
Late or Failed Payments: If any monthly installment fails, you will receive a notification to update your payment details. Failure to resolve the balance within five (5) business days will result in immediate suspension of your Course access and community features until the account is brought current.
Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Ownership: All videos, text, templates, presets, worksheets, and graphics within the Course remain the sole property of Motherhood + Memories.
Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, resell, distribute, share, modify, or use our proprietary content to create a competing business, blog, or photography training program.
REFUND POLICY
We stand behind our 90 Minutes to Memories Course and offer a 90-day full money-back guarantee. No questions asked.
All purchases of the Mini Course are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not available once the purchase has been completed.
Refund Eligibility: If you are unsatisfied with 90 minutes to Memories course for any reason, you must submit a formal refund request in writing to [email protected] within ninety (90) calendar days of your original purchase date.
Processing: Upon approval, a full refund of all payments made to date will be issued to your original form of payment, and your access to the Course materials and community will be permanently revoked. If you are on the 12-month payment plan, future installments will be canceled.
All purchases of the Mini Course are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not available once the purchase has been completed.
Disclaimer of Outcomes
No Guarantees: While this Course provides the tools, settings, and creative techniques to take high-quality family photos, individual results depend heavily on personal effort, consistent practice, camera/phone equipment, and environmental lighting conditions. We do not guarantee specific technical or artistic outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motherhood + Memories is not liable for any platform downtime, technical host issues, or accidental damage to your personal camera gear or photography equipment incurred while participating in the course or after. DIY PHOTOGRAPHY CAN INVOLVE RISKS AND POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, THE CREATOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, EQUIPMENT FAILURE, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS INFORMATION. YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON YOUR EQUIPMENT, ENVIRONMENT, AND SKILL LEVEL AND SPECIFIC OUTCOMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in North Dakota.
